Clear terms for building with TidalUI.

What you receive

TidalUI supplies React components, blocks, templates, icons, and related documentation. Pro access includes the Pro collection available under your plan. You receive source code to adapt in your own projects, subject to this license and the included notices for separately licensed material.

An interactive public preview is a demonstration and does not grant a Pro license. Free components keep their included MIT license. Third-party dependencies and other separately licensed material keep their own licenses and notices.

Your license

One license covers one named person. Your coding agents may use your access on your behalf. You may use the licensed components in unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects.

You may give a client editable component source as part of the specific website or application you built for that client. This does not give the client a general TidalUI collection license, a shared account or agent key, or permission to extract and redistribute the library. Other developers independently using the TidalUI collection need their own license.

You may continue using versions downloaded while your monthly plan was active in existing and future projects after cancellation. New downloads and updates require active access.

You may not redistribute the Pro source as a component library, template collection, marketplace, UI kit, or competing source product. Do not share your account or agent keys with another person. These restrictions do not replace the included licenses of Free components or third-party dependencies.

Plans and billing

Pro Monthly is $29 USD per month and renews until canceled. You can cancel online to stop the next renewal. Your paid access continues through the current paid period.

Pro Lifetime is one payment of $149 USD. It covers the current Pro collection and future releases of that collection while TidalUI operates. It does not include separately sold future products, services, custom design, or consulting. Lifetime does not promise perpetual operation of TidalUI.

Luke Stuart Ventures LLC, operating as TidalUI, is the seller and product provider. For a transaction identified at Checkout as Sold through Link, Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record and processes the payment on TidalUI's behalf. Link is a Stripe consumer service. TidalUI remains responsible for the product, its delivery, and product-level support.

The Checkout page shows the price, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes before payment. Link may provide local currency and payment options. The payment terms displayed by Link at Checkout also apply to a Sold through Link transaction. Review the Link Consumer Terms before paying.

Refund requests

You may request a full refund of your first purchase within seven days by contacting support@tidalui.com. This policy is subject to any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase and, for a Sold through Link transaction, Link's refund rights and policies. Renewal refunds and later exceptions are reviewed individually. We do not promise an automatic prorated refund.

For a Sold through Link transaction, you may also request transaction support or an eligible refund from Link support. Link may issue a refund within 60 days of the original transaction in certain cases, regardless of a more restrictive seller policy, and may issue a refund when required by law. Link's applicable refund policy controls if it gives you broader rights than TidalUI's policy. TidalUI's seven-day first-purchase policy does not limit those Link rights.

A full refund removes the TidalUI access tied to that purchase. A partial refund does not automatically remove access; its resolution is reviewed separately.

Failed renewals and payment disputes

If a monthly renewal fails, new downloads and agent access stop once your verified paid period ends. Billing remains available to recover payment. This plan does not include an additional promised grace period.

An open payment dispute temporarily holds downloads and agent access. A won dispute can restore access only if the purchase is otherwise still paid and eligible. A lost dispute revokes access tied to the affected purchase. These access changes apply to the affected purchase rather than giving another account its benefits.

Compatibility and help

TidalUI does not promise compatibility with every project or custom implementation, a fixed support response time, inclusion of every future product, or perpetual operation of TidalUI.

For product delivery, account access, installation, or privacy requests, contact support@tidalui.com. For a Sold through Link transaction, Link handles payment and subscription-related support, sends transaction emails, and provides order management through Link. Do not send passwords, API keys, one-time sign-in codes, card details, or other secrets in a support message.
